Richfield, UT July 26, 2020 – The Central Utah Public Health Department (CUPHD) was notified on Thursday, July 30, 2020 of the death of a Juab County resident due to COVID-19. The individual who passed away was a female, between the ages of 65 and 84, and was a resident of a long-term care facility. The individual was considered high-risk for COVID-19 and also had underlying health conditions. CUPHD has worked closely with the long-term care facility and routine testing has taken place to identify any
additional cases of COVID-19 in the facility residents and staff.
